1. Scope and contact
This policy applies to the Mercedes 3 website at labs.pigeonfi.com. The studio operates under the name Mercedes 3. Questions about cookies or browser storage can be sent to ariel.tolome@veslita.com.
This policy does not describe cookies or storage used by individual apps, app stores, email services, or other websites you visit through a link. Those services have their own policies.
2. What cookies and browser storage are
A cookie is a small piece of information a website or its infrastructure can ask a browser to store and return with later requests. Cookies can support essential functions, but they can also be used for analytics or advertising. Local storage and session storage are different browser mechanisms that can retain information for website scripts.
Not all technical processing uses cookies. An ordinary page request reveals information such as an IP address and the requested URL to the infrastructure delivering it, even when no cookies are set.
3. What the website itself uses
The current website is static. Its own code does not set cookies or retain visitor information in local storage or session storage. It does not use analytics tags, advertising pixels, behavioural tracking, account sessions, or stored personalisation preferences.
We do not use cookies to sell personal information, create advertising profiles, or track you across unrelated websites. There are no optional analytics or marketing cookies to opt into on this website, so it does not display a cookie consent banner for those purposes.
4. Infrastructure security cookies and logs
Cloudflare sits in front of the dedicated hosting server to help deliver and protect the website. Depending on its security configuration and the request being handled, infrastructure may issue a necessary cookie to validate a security challenge or distinguish legitimate traffic from automated abuse. This is separate from the website setting an advertising or analytics cookie.
A security cookie is not necessarily set on every visit. Its presence and lifetime depend on the security service and configuration in use. We do not state a universal cookie name or expiry because those details may vary. You can inspect the cookies actually stored for this domain using your browser's site-data tools. Cloudflare's own information is available in its privacy policy.
The delivery and hosting infrastructure may also process access and security logs, including IP address, browser or device details, request URL, and time. These are server-side records, not browser cookies, and clearing cookies does not remove those records. The privacy policy explains their purposes, retention approach, and your rights.
Where applicable law permits necessary security cookies without consent, they are used for that limited purpose rather than optional tracking. This policy is not a statement that every possible infrastructure cookie is exempt from local consent requirements.
5. Your browser controls
You can use your browser's privacy settings to inspect, delete, or block cookies and other site data. Most browsers allow you to manage data for a specific domain and to restrict third-party cookies. Consult the help for the browser you use for the current steps.
Blocking all cookies may affect infrastructure security checks or prevent a protected page from loading, even though the website does not require an account or preference cookie. Clearing website data does not delete email correspondence or server-side logs; contact us about those records under the privacy policy.
An external link or an email link opens another service or your email application. Its cookie and storage practices are not controlled by this website. Review its policy and settings separately.
6. Policy updates
If we introduce a feature that uses browser storage or optional tracking, we will update this policy to explain its purpose and provide any notice, choice, or consent mechanism required by applicable law before using it. The effective date at the top identifies the current policy.
